Bookings must be made and guaranteed by 08 April 2026 for travel in July 2026
Booking deposit : USD 250 per person + Trip Protection USD 99 if chosen
Final payment has to be made 90 days prior to departure
Bookings once guaranteed will be liable for cancellation charges

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Avalon Waterways : Cancellation Fees: (% of total price)

From date of booking till final payment (90 days): Deposit of US$ 250 per person paid is non-refundable
Final Payment Date (90 days prior to sailing) - 30 days: 50% of the total price
29 days - 1 day: 80% of the total price
Day of departure or later: 100% of the total price

All cancellation requests must be advised in writing
