The cost is based on a minimum of 10 guests travelling together.
We retain the right to change the schedule and itinerary. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we may have to reschedule some of the tours.
Baggage limit: The transportation is arranged based on 1 big piece of luggage + 1 small piece of luggage per person.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

A deposit of INR 30,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
Balance is payable 60 days prior to start of the tour.
Single Occupancy Supplement: Guests booking a single room will be charged the Single Supplement mentioned in the Pricing section.

Changes & Cancellation:

If you have a room partner who cancels, you will be required to pay the single supplement.
Any cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the start of the trip will be entitled to a full refund, less Rs. 10,000 service fees.
Any cancellations made within 60 - 45 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost.
Any cancellations made within 45 days of travel will not be eligible for any refund.
