Please Note
- The cost is based on a minimum of 12 guests travelling together.
- We retain the right to change the schedule and itinerary. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we may have to reschedule some of the tours.
- Baggage limit: The transportation is arranged based on 1 large + 1 small piece of luggage per person.
Booking Conditions:
- A deposit of Rs. 50000 per person is required at the time of booking.
- Balance is payable 60 days prior to start of the tour.
- Any cancellations made within 45 days of travel will not be eligible for any refund.
- No refund permitted for unutilized services.
- Any cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the start of the trip will be entitled to a full refund, less Rs. 20000 service fees
- Any cancellations made within 60 days prior to the start of the trip will incur a cancellation fee of 60% of the tour cost
- Any cancellations made within 45 days of travel will not be eligible for any refund Less than 45 days prior to trip departure: No refund
