The Tour is based on a minimum of 12 guests travelling together.
- The cost is based on a minimum of 12 guests travelling together.
- We retain the right to change the schedule and itinerary. In case of unforeseen circumstances, we may have to reschedule some of the tours.
- Baggage limit: The transportation is arranged based on 1 big piece of luggage + 1 small piece of luggage per person.
Payment Terms
- A deposit of USD 1550 per person is required at the time of booking.
- Balance is payable 90 days prior to start of the tour.
- Single Occupancy Supplement: Guests booking a single room will be charged the Single Supplement mentioned in the Pricing section.
- If you have a room partner who cancels, you will be required to pay the single supplement.
- Within 65-45 days of the trip, cancellation charges are 60% of the total package cost.
- Within 45-30 days of the trip, cancellation charges are 80% of the total package cost.
- Any cancellation within 30 days of the trip: Non-refundable.
